Hopefully everyone on our list will attend. However if you are unable to join us, I would appreciate if you could let me know as soon as possible for catering purposes.
Could I also ask that if you plan to attend the lunch on Saturday, Johns lecture or the Chapel Service on Sunday that you send me a quick email to advise; again just for catering purposes.
I am really looking forward to seeing you all at the OD reunion weekend. I hope you enjoy catching up with your friends and have a fantastic time.
See you in September and if I can help with anything beforehand, just let me know.
My very best wishes as always,
